Information We Obtain from Third Parties
Social media information: We may maintain pages on social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other third-party platforms. When you visit or interact with these pages, the platform providers' privacy policies apply to your interactions and their collection, use, and processing of your personal information.
Data enrichment sources: We may obtain additional information about you from third-party data providers, including property records and public records databases, demographic and behavioral data providers, social media profile information (where publicly available), and other commercially available data sources.
Other sources: We may obtain your personal information from other third parties, such as third-party analytics services, marketing partners, publicly-available sources, and data providers.
CRM and Communication Data
If you communicate with us via email, text message, or other electronic means, or if we use customer relationship management ("CRM") tools to manage our interactions with you, we may collect and process: email message content, headers, metadata, and attachments; text message content and metadata; communication timestamps, read receipts, and delivery status; contact information and communication history; and notes and records relating to our interactions with you. Our CRM services may synchronize with email accounts to facilitate communication management.
Automatic Data Collection
We and our Service Providers may automatically log information about you, your computer or mobile device, and your interaction over time with our Services and communications, such as: device data (operating system, browser type, screen resolution, device type, IP address, unique identifiers, language settings, mobile carrier, and general location information such as city or state); and online activity data (pages viewed, time spent on a page, browsing history, navigation paths, and whether you opened marketing emails or clicked links within them). 2. How We Use Your Personal Information

AI-generated content is reviewed for accuracy where practical but may contain errors; it should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice. A human may review AI-assisted communications before they are sent, though some automated responses may be sent without individual review. You may request information about our use of AI, request human review of significant AI-assisted decisions, or ask questions using the contact information in Section 12.
4. How We Share Your Personal Information
We do not "sell" personal information as defined under applicable law. We may share your personal information with:
- Internal team, partners, and affiliates, to facilitate your interactions with us.
- Our Service Providers, including hosting, IT, CRM, email delivery, AI/machine learning, and analytics providers.
- Professional advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers, where necessary.
- For compliance, fraud prevention, and safety, as described above.
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Other than as set forth here, we do not share your data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We will never disclose your phone number or SMS consent to any third party for marketing purposes.
5. Advertising and Tracking Technologies
We may share limited information with third-party advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, to deliver targeted advertising, measure campaign effectiveness, and track conversions. These platforms may collect information through cookies and pixels on our Site, including device identifiers and browsing behavior. We use tracking pixels to measure email and content engagement.
6. Text Messaging (SMS) Communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you SMS text messages related to our real estate services, including transactional updates and, where you have separately consented, marketing communications. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for assistance. 7. Privacy Choices and Opt-Outs
- Online tracking: You can block cookies in your browser, block advertising ID use in mobile settings, or use privacy-focused browsers/plugins such as Privacy Badger, DuckDuckGo, Ghostery, or uBlock Origin.
- Platform opt-outs: Google (adssettings.google.com), Facebook (facebook.com/about/ads), and Twitter (twitter.com/settings/account/personalization) each offer interest-based advertising opt-outs.
- Industry opt-out tools: Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org).
- Do Not Track: We currently do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but we do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid CCPA opt-out request.
- SMS opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS communication.
- Email opt-out: Use the unsubscribe link included in any marketing email.
- Privacy rights: Depending on your location, you may have the right to know what information we've collected, access a copy of it, correct inaccurate information, delete information we no longer need, or object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. Contact and communication records are generally retained for the duration of our relationship with you and a reasonable period thereafter. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

The Site may link to or integrate with websites and services operated by third parties. These links are not an endorsement of, or representation of affiliation with, any third party, and we are not responsible for their practices.
